The Pains of Being Pure at Heart - Come Saturday
Heading off to see the twee-pop band, The Pains of Being Pure at Heart, tonight in Wellington. I have written before about my love/hate with the band, but I can’t deny they know how to write a great, reverb drenched pop song. ‘Come Saturday’ appeared on my 2008 mixtape (self-referential!) and is perfect for those long distance lovers waiting for the weekend.
